ARTWORK

Our preferred format for all graphic files are either Adobe Illustrator AI files or vector EPS. All Text must be converted to outlines. Placed images need to be either embedded or supplied as separate files. For colour printing we require your Pantone PMS colours (coated) to be quoted.

Sending Artwork
Please email us your artwork if less than 4MB.
If over 4MB please send your artwork via www.sendthisfile.com. SendThisFile is an online file transfer solution that allows you to easily email large files & receive large files to and from anyone. Register for their free service. The other option is post it to us on a disc, at: Estring Bags, PO Box 1037, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089

Other Formats
PDF files can be used depending on originating artwork. Any images must be at minimum 300 dpi. We would confirm on receipt of files if they are acceptable

High resolution JPG files or Photoshop files can be used depending on quality. They can only be accepted for one colour print jobs. Minimum resolution is 300 dpi and must be saved at least twice the print size.

Word Documents, Publisher, Power Point or any other Office based programs are not sufficient for finished artwork.

Redraw
We have facility to redraw files that are not suitable to work with. Cost is based on $75 +gst per hour or part thereof. Typical redraw costs is between $65 to $75 for most logos. Please submit your artwork and we can give you a quote if required.

Fonts
All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves.

Proofs
All jobs receive a PDF file emailed to them for final proof approval before commencement of production.
