Postal and handling charges will be automatically calculated from your address / postcode once you have selected  your item/s for purchase, this process takes place during checkout and still allows you the option to cancal your order should you so wish.

Our goal is to keep our shipping and handling prices straightforward and as low as possible. We do not view postal charges as a profit centre.

Postal Options:

We offer four postal options, however in an attempt to reduce plastic bag consumption we ask you to consider using our preferred postal options which are:

Standard Eco Post

All postage & handling fees include:

• Receipted delivery to ensure parcels can be tracked and managed securely.


• Signature obtained on delivery of parcel.


• Australia Post Tough bags (Paper packaging as opposed to plastic post satchels).

Express Eco Post

All postage & handling fees include:

• Receipted delivery to ensure parcels can be tracked and managed securely.


• Signature obtained on delivery of parcel.


• Australia Post Tough bags (Paper packaging as opposed to plastic post satchels).

After much thought and a lot of feed back, we have decided to make available, Australia Post Satchel's (Plastic), this decision does not rest easy with us. However, we recognize that the additional eco postage can be prohibitive for some, and we think the greater good is served by making our eco friendly bags available for one and all. (we reserve the right to amend this option as more retail outlets for our products become available, and would ask recipients of these Post Satchel's to tie a knot in the packaging before disposal. This will eliminate the ballooning effect if the wind should catch them in the land fills)

Post Satchel & Express Post Satchel

This option only includes Australia Post Satchels, E string Bags will not except responsibility for loss or damage once the parcel/s have been receipted into Australia Post.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the next business day. Where an ordered item is out of stock, your order may be delayed. (In which case, we will advise you of any delay).

Special Requirements?

Should you need urgent delivery for a certain date, or have special delivery requirements, please email us or phone: 1300 424 800. Although we can not guarantee delivery by a certain date, we will do our very best to get the outcome you desire.

If your order has taken longer than normal (3-10 business days - Std Australia Post)

Check with your local post office, as they may be holding the package even though they have not left a notification slip.

 Please note:

It is your responsibility to inform E string Bags should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion, following our investigations. We will not be held liable for a loss or damage resulting from circumstances outside of our control.

We do not accept liability for a loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.(Signature constitutes acceptance of delivery, ensure you check for any damage to the parcel prior to signing, Australia Post will not expect liability if the goods are signed for and no parcel damage was reported on delivery).

Force Majeure, E string Bags is not liable for loss or damage to an article where the loss or damage wholly or partly resulted from causes beyond the control of Estring Bags including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or civil unrest.

International Orders

Our standard carriers for international orders are, Australia Post, FedEx and UPS. They are all reliable and cost effective.

We ship Airmail Worldwide from Australia.

Airmail delivery takes approx: 5 to 11 business days to*USA, *UK.

*Other locations may take additional time.

For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying any customs, import duties and/ or other charges or fees that may be incurred by importing products into your country. E string Bags will ensure the correct paperwork is attached to your order.
